Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Employment

The Company ensures the work health and safety of all its employees in performing their jobs and responsibility. The Company practices ethics as the main corporate culture, Therefore all company activities should be conducted based on  a strict code of conduct and must be adopted by every employee and management of the Company. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in employment are as follows :

- Maintaining good communication with its employees.

- Providing adequate place and facility for its employees

- Providing working tools to support the Company’s performance and safety and comfort of the work place for its employees.

- Providing medical facilities for employees, either directly or through health insurance.

- All branches and representatives are equipped with safety devices such as fire extinguishers, as well as a comfortable room layout.

- The Company holds the trainings, seminars for its employees every year

- The Company is prohibited to abuse, intimidate and discriminate (race, religion, skin, sex, age, marital status or other characteristics reserved by the laws). Each employee must respect one another including external stakeholders of the Company.
