Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Product and Services

The Company always strives to achieve the most satisfactory services and products which provides added value to Customer in constantly seeking win-win solution. The Company maintains the cooperation with suppliers too based on the terms of quality, service, price and conditions which make the most sense and are feasible. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in product and service are as follows :

- Forming of Customer Care as special unit for helping to resolve any complaint and grievances from Customers and third parties

- Providing understanding and comprehension to Customers or related parties regarding the Company’s product and keep the commitments from the agreement between Customer and the Company

- Every employees are prohibited to provide any information of a supplier to other in order to influence the other supplier.

- Every employees are prohibited to accept or give any gifts or grants to Customers, Suppliers with the purpose of influencing the decision making process.
